To improve reliability and product quality using aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.
To send service messages. Marketing email is opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Where data is stored
Data is hosted in US and EU data centres with encryption in transit and at rest.
Access by our team is role-based, logged, and limited to what is needed to support you.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
Where your practice is the data controller, we act as processor and follow your documented instructions.

Retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for a short wind-down period afterwards.
Backups are rotated on a fixed schedule, after which deleted data is permanently removed.
