Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the number of active clients in your workspace.

Users are unlimited on every plan. You can change plan or client volume at any time and billing adjusts from the next cycle.

New practices get a 60-day free trial with full platform access.

If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial, your workspace is locked and data is retained for a limited period so you can export it.

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, to attempt to breach its security, or to resell access without agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload and for the actions of users you invite.

We aim for high availability and publish planned maintenance in advance.

Support is available on working days by email and in-app chat, with priority response on Growth plans.

You can cancel at any time from billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You may export your data at any point while the subscription is active.
